    Flower Care Guide

    1. When you receive the arrangement
      1. Bouquet: Within 12 hours, remove the wrapping, trim the stems and place them in a vase with fresh water.
      2. Vase Arrangement: The water level is kept moderate level for safe transit, please add fresh water to fill at least 3/4 of the vase.
    2. Keep in a cool place: Avoid direct sunlight, heaters, or freezing temperatures.
    3. Every 1 - 2 days
      1. Trim the stems: Cut about 1 inch off the stems at an angle with sharp scissors. This helps the flowers absorb water better.
      2. Change the water: Refresh the water in the vase to keep it clean.
      3. Add flower food: Mix the flower food provided with fresh water to nourish your flowers.
      4. Remove leaves: Make sure no leaves are submerged in water to prevent bacteria growth.

    DIY Flower Food Instruction

If you’ve run out of the provided flower food, you can easily make your own at home with these simple ingredients:

    Ingredients

    • 1 tablespoon of sugar (nourishes the flowers)
    • 1 tablespoon of white vinegar or lemon juice (prevents bacteria growth)
    • 1/4 teaspoon of bleach (keeps the water clear)

    Instructions

    • Mix the sugar, vinegar or lemon juice, and bleach in 1 quart (1 liter) of room temperature water.
    • Stir well until everything is dissolved.
    • Pour the mixture into your vase with fresh water and place your flowers in it.

    How to Revive Wilted Flowers

    • Re-cut the stems: Trim about 1 inch off the stems at an angle.
    • Place in warm water: Fill the vase with warm water to help the flowers rehydrate quickly.
    • Remove wilted leaves or petals: Gently take off any drooping leaves or petals.
    • Let them rest: Give the flowers a few hours to absorb the water and perk up.
