Pickup & Delivery for Online Orders: We offer both Pickup & Delivery Monday to Saturday. Pickup hours are between 12am - 6pm, and Pickup location is at 41 River St, Toronto.

Delivery Areas and Time Slots: Our delivery service is across Toronto & GTA! 💡 To get most accurate delivery option, please use the widget at Cart page where you can provide postal code & date, available delivery slots will be displayed.

Please note that the delivery can happen anytime within the delivery window, we can't guarantee delivery at specific time. If you'd like your flowers delivered in a specific time, please reach out to us ahead.

Note that delivery schedule might differ for special dates such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day.

Same-Day Order: We currently don't offer same-day Pickup & GTA delivery on online store due to the unique selection of flowers we have. If you'd like same-day order, feel free to drop by our store, give us a call or reach us on Instagram, we'll try our best to arrange a same day pickup & delivery order for you. 

Rush Order & Special request: If your order needs to arrive at a specific time or you are in a rush, please message us and we will try to accommodate your request. An additional cost will apply.

Early in the Morning Order? Please reach out to us in advance and we'll try to arrange early delivery for your order, additional fee will apply.

Recipient Not Available? Our courier will attempt to contact them using the provided phone numbers after trying to deliver the flowers. Should we fail to reach the recipient, the flowers will be left at the specified delivery location (concierge for condo/front door for house). Please be aware that we cannot be held liable for any theft or damage to the flowers once they are delivered or left at the delivery location.

Unsuccessful Delivery: If for any reason, the wrong address was provided, and we were unable to reach the recipient, the flowers will be left at the address, we do not support re-attempt delivery.

Delivery Packaging: Each delivery order will be wrapped in cellophane for extra protection, and securely placed in a delivery box suited to the arrangement for safe transit. See an example of our packaging in this video.
