We are unable to accept returns on floral orders. However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you have any concerns regarding your order, please reach out to us at info@miugiflowers.com, and we will be more than happy to assist you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Reattempt Delivery

Given any circumstances the receipt is not able to receive floral delivery, there will be $8 charges for reattempt delivery.
