Wedding & Event A La Carte Service Agreement

By purchasing wedding or event a la carte floral items from Miugi Flowers, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Payment Terms
    1. Full payment is required at least 7 days prior to the delivery or pickup date.
  2. Order Changes
    1. Any changes to the order must be communicated in writing.
    2. The revised order value cannot be less than 70% of the original invoiced amount.
  3. Cancellation Policy by Customer
    1. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event date will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the original invoiced amount.
    2. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date will incur a cancellation fee of 75% of the original invoiced amount.
  4. Cancellation Policy by Florist
    1. In the unlikely event that Miugi Flowers must cancel your order due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of any payments made. Miugi Flowers will not be liable for any additional costs or damages resulting from the cancellation.
  5. Delivery & Pickup
    1. Delivery or pickup timing will be coordinated during the order process.
    2. Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the flowers at the agreed time.
  6. Responsibility Post-Delivery
    1. Once the floral items have been delivered or picked up, Miugi Flowers is no longer responsible for their condition. Proper care and handling are the customer’s responsibility.
  7. Design & Style Preferences
    1. We will make every effort to accommodate your style preferences. However, due to seasonal and market flower availability, specific requests cannot be guaranteed.
  8. Seasonal & Artistic Variations:
    1. Arrangements may vary slightly in appearance from the product photos due to seasonal flower availability and artistic adjustments.
  9. Service Limitations:
    1. This service does not include consultations or onsite setup.
  10. Indemnification:
    1. By purchasing from Miugi Flowers, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Miugi Flowers and its employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from your entire shopping experience, including but not limited to the ordering process, product design, delivery, pickup, or use of floral products.
